How to track my order?

You will receive a shipping notice email once your order has shipped, containing information to track your order like a tracking number and a tracking link. Check spam/junk email in case you missed them.

My tracking has not been updated for an extended time.

On one hand, shipping information would be interrupted as an internal error carrier happens, which doesn’t impact the delivery date.

On the other hand, some delay issues did occur like Customs reviewing and a backlog of post office warehouses.

But do not worry about that, we have an outstanding team who are monitoring the in-transit package on a daily basis and taking urgent measures to ensure the shipping more quicker and safer.

I didn't receive my order after the estimated time of arrival.

We process your order as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive it within the specified delivery time. If your order doesn't arrive within that timeframe, feel free to Contact us: service@rubbea.com .

Note:  It is not easy to locate the package. If the order has shipped over 2 months, the claim request can only be accepted within 2 months.

I did not receive my part order.

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one package. If this is the case, you will have received one shipping email per package. 

In the rare instance that an out-of-stock item is not expected to come back in stock, we cancel the order for that item and please check your emails (including junk/spam) to see if you've been sent an email about it going out of stock and refund has been issued already.

If none of these apply and your expected delivery date has passed, please  Contact Us:service@rubbea.com  and we will sort it for you.

My order was divided into two or more packages.

In some cases, we may need to send an order in multiple packages that may arrive on different days and we want your order can be arrived earlier. When we do, we provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package. 

I am not in when my order arrives.

Some of our carriers will allow you to add instructions for the driver or a preferred safe place/neighbor for your package to be left with if you're not in. 

But on other occasions, if the carrier was unable to deliver this time it may be held at the nearest post office for several days and waiting for picking up. It will need your help to contact the local carrier ASAP. 
Note: Package will be returned to the sender if long-time unclaimed occur.

I haven't received my order but tracking information shows delivered.

Sometimes packages may be marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will likely be delivered shortly after. 

1) You might check the delivery location to see if it matches the address you provided previously. 

2) You might also check in your mailbox, locker, and some safe places/drops around your house as well as with your neighbors and post office for more information.

My tracking shows that the package is returning to the sender.
Package may be returned when carrier can't finish delivery as expected with the below scenarios
1. Inaccurate / Incomplete Address 
2. Refused 
3. Unclaimed 
4. Recipient not located at the address/moved 
5. Unknown reason
In this case, please check with the local carrier or Contact Us:service@rubbea.com to see if there is any chance to redeliver. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.


I want to cancel the order and stop delivery.

The order cannot be canceled once shipped but you can refuse when it arrives at your door. We will issue a refund when we receive the package returned to our sender's address.

Are there any additional charges?

Normally you will not be charged.  But in rare cases, your package may be charged customs or import duties, the amount is dependent on the value of your order, if your package is charged, it is up to you to cover these costs.

For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
